I am a GP Therapist with a special interest in whole person care and a specific focus on mental health and well-being. I am intrigued by the interweave of self (past and present), family, lifestyle, community and environment in understanding a person’s perception and experience of health and wellbeing.

My approach is bespoke and is based on my experience as a GP of over 20 years combining elements of interpersonal psychotherapy, narrative therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), psycho-education and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR).

I’ll work alongside you to develop an integrated plan to promote your whole person wellbeing—combining the lifestyle domains of nutrition, physical activity, stress management, sleep hygiene with focused psychological strategies to help you optimise your physical and mental health.

As life becomes seemingly more fast paced and disconnected I am interested in helping people with finding and building on their strengths and making meaningful connections to navigate the journey that lies ahead of each and every one of us.

Please note that I do not perform any medico-legal assessments, WorkCover assessments, ADHD or Autism diagnostic assessments, in home substance detoxification management or prescribe psychostimulants or drugs of dependence such as opioids.
